Time
pased, as well that in which we live, is filled, unfortunately,
with great suffering and perish of people, caused i
most cases by wars, natural disasters and social injustice.
That is why the welfare - humanitarian function of the
Red Cross was especially outstanding and necessary during
the previous period, even so much that it put on the
second place the basic activity of this humanitarian
organization in our territory.
In
the pages that follow, there is recorded only a smaller
part of a large welfare - humanitarian role played by
the ed Cross Subotica in the previous, for all of us
difficult, period of our town.
We
shall also use this opportunity to thank all individuals,
volunteers of Red Cross, which unselfishly helped to
gain these important results.
