AID
Red
Cross Subotica is very active in realization of the
program of education of children and youth in giving
the first aid. As federal champion, the Subotica team
won the 5th place, representing Yugoslavia on the European
competition in giving the first aid. Last year, Subotica
was the host of republic and federal competition of
the teams for giving the first aid.

During
summer on Palic lake, near Subotica our organization
each year organizes the international Summer first aid
and water rescue camp, in which take part youngsters
and lecturers from throughout Yugoslavia, from Hungary,
Macedonia, Germany, and Republika Srpska. Besides the
mentioned camp, the Red Cross of Subotica also organizes
the the First Aid Camp and the Water Rescue Camp with
guests from thoughout Yugoslavia.

area of work in these camps is: the first aid, the realistic
showing of wounds and diseases - make up, water rescue,
acting simulators, entertainment programs, final surprise
showing excercise with all the participants and difusion
of Geneve convention. |
